What types of payment do you accept?

To be able to provide you with the most risk-free payment method, we offer Cash-On-Delivery anywhere in the Philippines. Please take note that there are several provincial areas that Cash-on-Pickup is the best option.

How long will Order Processing take?

Orders typically take up to 1-2 days to process before it will be shipped – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 7 days. You will receive an email or sms confirmation of your purchase and you will be notified with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How will it take for me to receive my item?

Orders will be shipped via LBC or J&T Express.

Orders usually takes 2-7 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company we partnered with. There are instances that delays may occur depending on the local customs inspection process

1. To track your order in J&T Express just go to this link & put your tracking number http://jtexpress.ph/index/query/gzquery.html

J&T Tracking Numbers always start with 9000xxxxxx and are usually 10-digits long.

2. To track your order in LBC just go to this link & put your tracking number https://www.lbcexpress.com/track

LBC Tracking Numbers always start with 17xxxxxxxxxx and are usually 12-digits long.
Example: 173056301640

 

I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email or sms. What's going on?

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address or mobile number when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email or sms, please email our support team at alltimeph@gmail.com.

 

May I make changes to my Order/Shipping Address?
We usually process orders on the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us ASAP at alltimeph@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot guarantee.  

If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order.  In that case, you can return the incorrect item to us and we will swap it for the correct item.
